As a conversation designer you will be developing dialogues that are conducted between the customer and the Live Presence chat engine. You will serve as the link between product and process information and customer demand. You can empathise well with the needs of the customer and because of this you are able to translate different scenarios into an automated dialogue. You can write/design conversations in such a way that there is a natural interaction between the user and the automated chat. Result: to talk to every user in a pleasant way and to successfully solve their ‘problem’. You succeed in this by analysing customer information, listening to the user and reasoning smartly.
